    Wonderful arrangements! The flowers lasted much longer than expected. We noticed some of the stems were shorter than others and thus not touching the water (those died rather quickly) but once we realized that, we were able to keep water levels higher so the flowers would survive longer. Everyone has been incredibly impressed by the flowers, the delivery was fast and smooth and reliable. Great experience!

    I ordered the Mystery bouquet for my in-laws anniversary. It arrived that day even though I ordered after 2:00 pm, so I was happy about that!! My Mother-in-law said they were beautiful, sent pictures and I would agree they were! Two days later they were dead and not so beautiful. My mother-in-law called the florist and received excellent customer service and they delivered her a new bouquet of equally beautiful flowers.     The service was excellent. I received a call that they only delivered to the location I requested 3 times a week and would it be ok if it was delivered a day later than I requested.     The process was fine and there was a good selection to choose from. My friend sent a picture and the main basket was very pretty. I was a little disappointed to see the 3 large green stems sticking out the back, rather disconnected to the main arrangement. They just didn't seem to flow with the rest of it. But overall it accomplished what I wanted which was to encourage her, so thank you.

    Got a get well boutique for an aunt returning home from the hospital.
